1. Descripci\u00f3n del Servicio:\n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

El Fot\u00f3grafo se compromete a realizar una sesi\u00f3n de fotograf\u00eda para el Cliente seg\u00fan los detalles acordados, incluyendo ubicaci\u00f3n, fecha y hora.<\/p>\n

 Los servicios de fotograf\u00eda proporcionados incluyen sesiones de fotos para diversas ocasiones, como bodas, compromisos, sesiones familiares y retratos individuales.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

\n2. Pagos<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Client agrees to pay the total agreed-upon fee for the photography services. A 50% deposit will be required to secure the booking, and the remaining balance is due before the delivery of the unedited material.<\/p>\n

  En caso de cancelaci\u00f3n por parte del cliente, el pago inicial no ser\u00e1 reembolsable.<\/p>\n

\n3. Propiedad Intelectual:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

El Fot\u00f3grafo retiene los derechos de autor de todas las im\u00e1genes tomadas durante la sesi\u00f3n. El Cliente recibe una licencia no exclusiva para usar las im\u00e1genes para fines personales y no comerciales. En caso de requerir el uso comercial y\/o sesi\u00f3n de derechos se tiene que informar para llegar a un acuerdo adecuado para ambas partes.<\/p>\n

\n4. Uso de Im\u00e1genes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

La empresa reconoce la privacidad de todos los materiales tomados durante la sesi\u00f3n, se puede solicitar permiso para usar las im\u00e1genes con fines promocionales, incluyendo redes sociales y sitio web, a menos que se acuerde lo contrario por escrito.<\/p>\n

 El cliente recibe una licencia no exclusiva para utilizar las im\u00e1genes con fines personales y no comerciales.<\/p>\n

\n5. Cancelaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p> \n

\nEn caso de cancelaci\u00f3n por parte del Cliente, el adelanto no ser\u00e1 reembolsable. Si el Fot\u00f3grafo cancela, se reembolsar\u00e1 cualquier pago realizado por el Cliente.<\/p>\n

Si el cliente llega con m\u00e1s de 15 minutos de retraso sin previo aviso, la sesi\u00f3n podr\u00e1 cancelarse y no se realizar\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n

\n6. Entrega de Im\u00e1genes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

El Fot\u00f3grafo entregar\u00e1 las im\u00e1genes editadas en formato digital dentro del plazo acordado despu\u00e9s de la sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\n7. Mal Clima:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Si el fot\u00f3grafo no est\u00e1 en la locaci\u00f3n y las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas impiden la realizaci\u00f3n de la sesi\u00f3n en la fecha y hora acordada se acordar\u00e1 una nueva fecha en consulta con el Cliente y el Fot\u00f3grafo. Si no es posible reprogramar, el adelanto ser\u00e1 reembolsado en su totalidad.\nSi el fot\u00f3grafo est\u00e1 en locaci\u00f3n y las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas no mejoran en un rango de 30 min se reprogramar\u00e1 una nueva fecha entra las partes. Si no es posible reprogramar, el adelanto ser\u00e1 reembolsado descontando la parte proporcional de transportaci\u00f3n del equipo.<\/p>\n

\n8. Responsabilidad:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

El Fot\u00f3grafo no se hace responsable de lesiones o da\u00f1os durante la sesi\u00f3n. El Cliente es responsable de su propia seguridad y de la de cualquier otra persona presente.<\/p>\n


<\/p>\n9. Photo Editing Policy:<\/strong>


<\/p>

Editing Scope: Our editing services are limited to basic adjustments, such as skin retouching and color correction. We do not add elements to photos, alter body shapes, change skin tones, or modify clothing.<\/p>

Advanced Editing: We offer more complex edits for a limited number of photos at an additional cost. Please contact us for a personalized quote if you require advanced editing services.<\/p>


<\/strong><\/p>

10. Photo Quality Considerations:<\/strong><\/p>


<\/p>

Representation of Reality: Photography captures the reality of the moment. Weather conditions such as cloudy skies, rain, or wind can affect the quality of the photos. If wind is forecasted, we recommend choosing an appropriate hairstyle, especially for individuals with long hair, to avoid issues.<\/p>


<\/p>

Environmental Factors: Factors such as atmospheric pollution can reduce the sharpness and contrast of photographs. Additionally, the time of day and the position of the sun may affect lighting and shadows in the images.<\/p>


<\/p>

Client Preparation: We recommend clients consider these factors when planning a photoshoot and be prepared for the conditions present at the time of the session.<\/p>


<\/strong><\/p>

11. Family Sessions Policy:<\/strong><\/p>


<\/p>

Working with Children: We treat children with patience and care during photoshoots. However, the care and behavior of the children are the full responsibility of their parents or guardians during the session.<\/p>


<\/p>

Adult Responsibilities: To ensure an enjoyable and productive experience, we encourage adults to assist and supervise the children throughout the session.<\/p>


<\/p>

Clothing and Coordination: We recommend families coordinate their outfits in advance, avoiding overly bold patterns or colors that might distract from the main focus of the photograph.<\/p>


<\/strong><\/p>

12.Delivery Times:<\/strong><\/p>


<\/p>

Standard Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 15 business days after the client selects their photos.<\/p>


<\/p>

Delayed Selection: If the client takes more than two weeks to select their photos, the delivery time may be extended depending on our workload at that time.<\/p>
